Which data do we process about you?

HandyQuestions does only process personal data if you mail us.

The following personal data are processed:
  • Your first and last name
  • The organization for which you approach us
  • The questions you have (think of learning questions from your organization about how you can keep asking questions)
  • Your contact details (telephone number / address)

How long is your data stored?

We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected and we have contact. Your data will in any case not be stored for longer than a year if no agreement has been reached with you or an existing agreement is terminated.

For example, do you mail because you want to report an improvement to an article? Thank you!! We will then be in contact and implement the adjustment. When this is completed, we will keep your mail for a while, but if everyone seems to agree with the change, we will delete your mail. Matter of months.

Is your data shared with others?

Normally: no. We only provide personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of an agreement with you (but then you know it), or to comply with a legal obligation.

And what about this website visit?

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use this website. Google does not have permission to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services and the IP addresses are made anonymous.

All advertising is anonymous and our cookies are set so that we do not know who is visiting our website.

Can I view, modify or delete my data?

The GDPR gives you the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. Do you want this? An email is enough (mail). We respond a.s.a.p.

What if I have another question? Or if something seems to go wrong with regard to the processing of personal data?

If you have the impression that your data is not properly protected or there are indications of abuse, or if you have another question about the processing and security of the personal data collected by us, please feel free to contact us.
